Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days of purchase via CTT Expresso (Portugal) or UPS. As a small independent brand, we carefully prepare each order and always do our best to get your little joys on their way as quickly as possible. Occasionally, delays may happen.

We hope you love your People Lover order. Every item is carefully checked and packed with love before leaving our studio.

If you change your mind, you can return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging and labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@peopleloverstudio.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it and find the best solution for you.
