Shipping Information

We are an European independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal, and we ship to Europe, the UK, and the US.

Your order will be shipped within two days after the purchase date through either CTT Expresso (Portugal) or UPS. It should be noted that we are a small company and although our team works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible, delays may occur.

After shipment of your order from our studio, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Costs

Portugal: 5€

Rest of Europe: 10€

United Kingdom: 15€

United States: 20€

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

What should I do if my item is damaged or fauly?

Our recommendation for customers is to thoroughly inspect all items they receive within a period of fourteen days. This includes checking both the quantity and quality of the product. Should you encounter any issues or discrepancies, please notify us via email at hello@peopleloverstudio.com and provide a detailed explanation of the problem. If the need arises to return the product, we will supply you with a return label. It is important to keep in mind that if the product is found to be defective as a result of misuse, alteration by you or others, or use in a way that is not intended, the warranty will be voided. In the event that a problem arises with the product after the fourteen-day period has elapsed, we offer a two-month warranty on product quality. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@peopleloverstudio.com and we will work with you to find the best solution.

  • If the product can be fixed, we will take care of the repairs.
  • If the product cannot be fixed, we will offer a replacement item.
  • If neither repairs nor replacements are possible (e.g. if the product is no longer available), we will issue a refund.

How can I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please send an email to hello@peopleloverstudio.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. In the email, please include a photo of the product you wish to return and an explanation for why you want to return it. If the return is possible and approved by our returns department, please note that the cost of shipping the item back will be your responsibility.
